If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

• $25.01 - $50.00 = $7.95
• $50.01 - $100.00 = $11.95
• $100.01 - $200.00 = $16.95
• $200.01 - $300.00 = $24.99
• $301.00 and over = Free shipping (Free shipping on select items as marked on the website.*)

Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be before the order is placed. Some items are not eligible for free shipping, and the shipping cost for these items will be shown at checkout.

For some of our larger products we offer a White Glove Delivery service. This service includes delivery build and setup in your home or office. The White Glove Delivery service will contact you to schedule a delivery date. This additional cost varies by product and is found as a selectable option or at checkout on most of our larger items. Please note, all non-White Glove Deliveries are drop shipped to your curbside.

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact the store where you made your purchase. Our dedicated customer service team is available to assist and direct you to the appropriate resources. Please note that parts and service under warranty may incur additional costs, including service, parts, and labor.
